A PDF table extractor built on the same page analysis as PDF to Excel: ruled tables are rebuilt from their lines with merged cells and shading, and borderless tables from text aligned in columns. Every table is shown before you export it, and you can copy one table as tab-separated text, download the chosen ones as an Excel workbook with one sheet per table, or as CSV files.

Frequently asked questions
Which tables are found?+
Tables with lines (borders) and tables without lines whose text sits in aligned columns, on every page. Each one is listed with its page and size, and you can see its first rows.
Is the formatting kept?+
In Excel, yes: merged cells, borders, shading, fonts and alignment, and numbers, amounts and percentages become real numbers you can calculate with. CSV keeps the values only.
How do I put a table into Google Sheets?+
Press Copy on the table and paste it into Google Sheets, Excel or Numbers: the columns land in the right cells.
My PDF is a scan+
A scan is a picture with no text to read. Run OCR PDF first, then extract the tables from the searchable PDF.
Can I convert the whole PDF instead?+
Yes: PDF to Excel converts every page, or puts every table in its own sheet without choosing.
Are my files uploaded?+
