About PDF to TIFF
A PDF to TIFF converter that writes one standard multi-page TIFF. Colour and grayscale pages use lossless LZW compression; black and white pages use CCITT Group 4, the fax standard, which keeps text crisp in very small files. The resolution is saved in the file, so pages print at the right size.

Frequently asked questions
Do I get one TIFF or one per page?+
One multi-page TIFF with all the pages, the way fax software, scanners and document systems expect it.
Which option should I choose?+
Colour for photos and colour documents. Black and white (CCITT Group 4) for text documents, faxes and court or patent filings: it is the standard there and the files are very small.
What resolution should I use?+
200 DPI is the usual fax and filing resolution, 300 DPI for print and OCR, 150 DPI for screen.
Are my files uploaded?+
No. The pages are drawn and saved in your browser, so the PDF never leaves your device.
