About PowerPoint to PDF
Convert PowerPoint presentations to PDF without Microsoft Office. Slides keep their size, backgrounds, layouts and theme, and text stays real text you can search and copy. A PDF opens the same on every computer and phone, cannot be changed by accident, and is what most forms, teachers and clients ask for.

Frequently asked questions
Which PowerPoint files work?+
Any .pptx file from Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides (File, Download, Microsoft PowerPoint), Keynote (export as PowerPoint) or LibreOffice Impress, and slide shows (.ppsx) and templates (.potx). Old .ppt files need to be saved as .pptx first.
Will the PDF look like my slides?+
Yes. Each slide becomes one page at the slide size, with its background and layout, theme colors and fonts, text and bullets, shapes and arrows, pictures (cropped as in the deck), tables, charts and SmartArt. Shadows, 3-D effects and animations are left out, and videos show their first frame.
Is the text selectable in the PDF?+
Yes. Text is kept as real text, so it can be searched, selected and copied, and links stay clickable.
Are hidden slides included?+
No. Like PowerPoint, the PDF only includes the slides that show during the presentation.
Are my files uploaded to a server?+
No. The presentation is converted in your browser, so it never leaves your device.
