PDFkind is a free tool made by an independent team. By using it, you agree to these terms.
The service
PDFkind provides free tools to edit, organize, convert and protect PDF files. The tools run in your browser; we do not receive or store your files. The service is offered free of charge and is supported by advertising.
Your files and responsibility
- You keep all rights to your files. We claim none.
- Only process documents you have the right to edit. Do not use the tools to forge documents, signatures or records, or for anything unlawful.
- Keep a copy of your originals. Always check the result before relying on it, especially redactions, signatures and form data.
- Passwords set with Protect PDF cannot be recovered by us. Keep them safe.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We work hard to keep them accurate, but we do not guarantee that every PDF will be processed correctly. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of the service.
Changes
We may change or discontinue tools at any time and update these terms. Continued use means you accept the current version.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
